We stand behind the quality of what we sell. This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that appear during normal, intended use within the applicable warranty period.


Coverage Periods

Standard Limited Warranty — 3 Years
Unless a different term is stated on the individual product page, all Gtbike.zone products include a 3-Year Limited Warranty.

Extended Limited Warranty (where advertised)
Some items are supplied with a longer warranty (e.g., “10-Year Limited Warranty”). When shown on the relevant product page, that extended term supersedes the standard 3-year period for that item.


What We’ll Do If There’s a Defect

If we confirm that your product is defective under this warranty, we will provide one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

  • Repair of the defective product, or

  • Replacement with the same or a comparable item, or

  • Full refund of the purchase price.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video if available.

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team (including any Return Merchandise Authorization, packaging steps, or carrier details) as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  3. Once received and assessed, we’ll proceed with repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
