When will my order arrive?
We do our best to get your order to you quickly. All purchases are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your package is on the road, delivery times generally are:
- (E-Bikes, E-Scooters): usually 3–10 business days.
- (Quad Bikes, Buggies/UTV): typically 7–21 business days.
As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Where is my item?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
Prefer to check with us directly? Simply head over to our “Track Package” page, enter your order number, and you’ll see the latest updates.
Just a heads-up: it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking info to appear once the parcel is picked up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We’ve kept it simple and flexible for you. You can pay securely with all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Prefer PayPal? No worries — we accept that too.
Do you accept Pre-Paid gift cards?

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, our deliveries are limited to Australia only. We don’t offer international shipping just yet — but if that changes in the future, we’ll be sure to let our customers know.
Your page isn’t loading, what should I do?
If you’re experiencing issues accessing our site, please reach out to us with the details of the problem (e.g., error message, device, or browser). This helps us investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible. Our team will work on getting everything back up and running for you ASAP.
What does “Curbside Delivery” mean for freight items?
For bigger purchases shipped via freight, curbside delivery means the driver will bring the pallet right to the edge of your driveway or curb. From there, it’s up to you to move the items onto your property.
The freight company will give you a call to arrange a delivery time that works for you, and please note — an adult must be present to sign when the order arrives.
I just noticed that I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

No worries, it happens! Please contact us as soon as possible at Support@Gtbike.zone, including your order number and the correct address.
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the details right away.
- If it’s already on the road, we’ll need to wait for the package to be returned by the carrier before we can resend it.
Acting quickly gives us the best chance to fix it before dispatch. 🚚✉️
